Character origin and background
Hiromi Higuruma was a defence lawyer before awakening as a sorcerer during the Culling Game. Frustration with the justice system shapes a character whose abilities turn legal proceedings into a supernatural confrontation.
His Deadly Sentencing domain uses the shikigami Judgeman and courtroom rules. His encounters with Yuji connect questions of guilt and responsibility with the series’ larger conflict, making him more than a generic sword-bearing fighter.
